All products may be returned within one week of purchase, provided that they are in their original packaging and condition. Credit will then be issued onto the user’s account.
Products with warranty, as specified under product details, must contact the relevant company directly for warranty claims or information. It is reccomended to keep boxes to record the serial numbers of products in the case of defects.
Users’ private data will be kept strictly confidential, and SSL security is used to ensure that data is kept secure. All payments can be made via credit / debit card through the PayFast secure gateway.
